Affidavit, 1802
The document reads, in part: "It is stated that Gul Bibi, the wife of Sayyid Jaʻfar, was previously the wife of the deceased Mir ʻAbd al-Ghaffar. The deceased Mirza Abu al-Hasan had previously calculated the value of Mir ʻAbd al-Ghaffar's belongings and realized that all the properties were equal to Mir ʻAbd al-Ghaffar's wife's mahr and, based on shariʻah law, he had given them all to her. The affiants should write their names and seal this document so that it becomes valid. December 1802 or January 1803." On the margin, Jahan Banu and Hasan have testified as affiants."

Dividing inheritance of Mirza Muhammad Yusuf [Ashrafi Mustawfi] in Iraq and Mazandaran, after payment of his debts and deduction of a third of the property (to be bequeathed to persons other than his legal heir). The rest of his property was divided in 11 shares among his 3 sons and 4 daughters: Mirza Muhammad Mahdi [father of ‘Abbas Quli Khan Ashrafi], Mirza ‘Ali, Mirza Muhammad, Mirza Muhammad Isma‘il, Khadijah Khanum (wife of ‘Alijah Mirza Muhammad Taqi), Khanum Buzurg (wife of ‘Ali Amuli), and Umm Kulsum.

Haj Muhammad's endowments
The first item includes four documents attached to each other: In the first one, dated June 15, 1832, Haj Muhammad, known as Haj Aqa Buzurg Sahib, the son of Fazl Allah Sultan, endows a house and five shops to Ta‘ziyah performers, assigns his children as the guardians, and names Mirza Abu Talib (who has since passed away) as the overseer. The mahr includes 30 tumans cash, a room's carpets, including rugs and felt rugs worth 34 tumans, a qalamkar bed covering worth 4 tumans, and parts of some properties. Marriage contract of Badr al-Nisa’ Baygum, the daughter of Mirza Muhammad al-Husayni, and Mirza Abu al-Qasim al-Husayni, the son of Mirza Muhammad Kazim al-Husayni; the mahr is one hundred tumans, including a property in Nayshabur (10 tumans), carpet (7.5 tumans), beddings (5 tumans), seven misqals [unit of weight] of red gold (3.5), 10 mans [unit of weight] of copperware (5 tumans), and a female Abyssinian slave (9 tumans).

Marriage contract of Bibi Kuchak and Muhammad Baqir, 1826
Marriage contract of Bibi Kuchak, the daughter of Ustad Husayn Fakhkhar from Yazd, and Muhammad Baqir, son of Hasan (son of Zu al-Fiqar Naqi) with a mahr of 20 tumans, which includes: 10 shares of the shared ownership of a house (the ownership of which was divided into 80 shares), an outfit worth 10 tumans, two-and-a-half Shah-mans [each is six kilograms] of copper worth five tumans, gold, and a carpet for covering a room, worth five tumans. The groom's mother contributed the gold and the house, his father contributed the carpet, and the rest remain the groom's debt.
